Senior Consultant

Yoshi is a key member of the Industrial and Manufacturing team where he engages in senior level searches for automobile, semiconductor, and electronics areas.

Prior to joining CDS he spent more than 3 years with a Global Executive Search firm where he completed numerous searches such as Country Manager, APAC Sales Director, Marketing Director, and other core positions for domestic and foreign capital companies in the industrial area.

Early in his career Yoshi spent more than 6 years with a large domestic industrial design and manufacturing company. He has a deep understanding of and passion for the industrial market in Japan.

Yoshi holds a bachelors degree from Keio University. In his spare time he enjoys soccer, futsal and mountain climbing.
