Practice Leader
Struan leads the IT & Telecommunications Search practice within CDS, primarily focusing on developing CDS' retained search business. He works across functional areas within the hardware, software and semicon industries. Struan has spent the last 3 years in executive search based in Tokyo successfully filling senior functional and top management positions such as Country Manager, Regional Sales & Marketing Director - Asia Pacific, Engineering Director and Commercial Director.
Originally from Scotland, Struan has an Engineering Degree from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA from Durham business school. He has a rich background in Production, Engineering and Operations management with over 15 years experience with global blue-chip organisations in the automotive and consumer goods manufacturing sectors.
