Practice Leader
Struan leads the Industrial Search practice within CDS primarily focusing on the Commercial, Production and Service operations of the Automotive & Transport, Chemical and Industrial Manufacturing sectors. Struan has spent the last 3 years in executive search based in Tokyo successfully filling senior functional and top management positions such as Country Manager, Regional Sales & Marketing Director - Asia Pacific, Engineering Director and Commercial Director.
Originally from Scotland, Struan has an Engineering Degree from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA from Durham business school. He has a rich background in Production, Engineering and Operations management with over 15 years experience with global blue-chip organizations in the automotive and consumer goods manufacturing sectors.
