Practice Leader
Steve Skrysak leads the IT & Telecommunications Search Practice at CDS. His main focus is on retained search in the Enterprise Software space, specifically Country Manager and senior level Sales roles. Steve has also successfully completed and supervised numerous searches across different functional areas within the software and hardware industries.
Steve grew up in San Diego, California and received his degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He first came to Japan in 2001 and later moved to Dalian - a software development and call center outsourcing hub for Japanese companies in Northeastern China.
Steve returned to Japan in 2004 and joined another Tokyo-based Executive Search Firm, where he focused primarily on software-related search. In 2006, Steve joined CDS and he now oversees all software, hardware and telecommunications searches.
