CDS consults foreign capital companies during the crucial, initial stages of their operations in the Japanese market. We have found that expatriates new to Japan who are often unfamiliar with Japanese labor and hiring practices need advice to avoid costly mistakes. We offer a range of complementary services to supplement the hiring process including drafting of offer letters and rules of employment, and taxation functions, assistance with company registration and due diligence checks.
