Practice Leader
Melissa is the practice leader for both the Financial Services and Functional teams at CDS. Melissa specializes in senior level placements and retained search in the Financial Services and Private Equity areas. Prior to joining CDS she worked for eight years with Heidrick & Struggles. She has successfully placed CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, CHROs and other senior functions across a broad range of sectors. Early in her career she was an Area Manager for a large global franchisee company with her responsibilities spanning two countries.
Melissa has a degree from the University of Adelaide with a double major in Politics and Japanese. She has lived and worked in Australia, the United States, India and Japan. She speaks fluent Japanese.
Melissa loves traveling and is passionate about cooking.
