Senior Consultant
Martin is a Senior Consultant and a key member of the Financial Services Practice team. Martin specializes in real estate and has been managing executive searches specifically covering the Japanese Real Estate Market since 2002. He successfully executes on mid to senior level searches within real estate investment funds, asset advisory firms, loan servicers, foreign and domestic banks, and corporate real estate companies. In recognition of his work with real estate investment clients, Martin was ranked as a leading private equity search consultant by Asiamoney Poll.
Prior to joining CDS he worked for the front office retainer firm, Eban Japan, managing real estate mandates and before that as a Management Consultant in the Tokyo office of Hudson Global Resources.
Originally from England Martin graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in History.
Martin is passionate about sport, he regularly plays futsal and badminton as well as competing in triathlons as part of a relay team.
