Keisuke has a B.A. in Marketing from Aoyama Gakuin University. He worked in a commodities trading company in the US and returned to Japan in 1999. His recruiting experience includes several years with an established Japanese recruiting company, a boutique Japanese venture recruiting start-up and 5 years at a large foreign recruiting company specializing in Information Communication Technology (ICT) and consulting. His focus at CDS is on managerial searches for online media and consulting firms.

Some of the notable searches he has completed include a Country Manager of a European consulting and quality standards business, Department Managers and Sales Managers for a major domestic portal site, Legal Manager at a domestic SNS company, and Senior Manager to Partner class positions for U.S. global consulting firms.
