Junko is one of the pioneering members of CDS. She came from an international executive search firm, with particular expertise in Luxury Fashion , Retail and Consumer Goods industries. At CDS, she co-manages the Consumer Goods team and continues to make her mark with successful high-level placements at the Country Manager, Director and Managerial levels. She is also in charge of personal coaching for the staff and enhancing internal communication as Facilitation Manager.
Junko has previous sales and marketing experience in the US, and does voluntary work as an occupational therapist at a local hospital. She has a B.A. in English Literature.
