Jason is responsible for all aspects of CDS' operation and business development initiatives, and oversees the Consumer Goods and
Healthcare & Life Science search practices. He is originally from California and has spent more than twelve years in Asia. For the last
ten years, Jason has worked in executive search and business consultancy in Tokyo. Prior to co-founding CDS in 1998, Jason worked as a Senior Consultant in a Japanese executive search & market entry firm with a focus in the Information Technology and Consumer Goods sectors.
Jason received an MBA from the University of Chicago,
Graduate School of Business. He has a B.S. in Business
Administration from San Francisco State University.
