This US-based eCommerce client entered the Japanese market in late 2000 amidst a downturn in the technology and dot-com sector. While it enjoyed strong brand recognition in the US and Europe, it was a newcomer and relatively unknown entity that had to prove its value and commitment to the Japan market.

CDS began working with this client by meeting with top management to understand their business and strategy for building their organization in Japan.
