This US-based consumer goods firm has a clutch of core brands that enjoy premier global reputations. The company continues to build on its success in Japan, with a very focused eye on the future. Over the last decade, the company has steadily increased sales penetration into each of their product areas. But, as of last year, the company decided to take a much more pro-active approach towards their business in Japan.
The firm looked to CDS to help them realize their aggressive plans. They presented us with a two-fold action plan, which consisted of targeting younger market segments and reorganizing and strengthening their sales and trade marketing divisions.
