CDS was asked to assist a relatively new Subsidiary of a Fortune 500, Publicly Listed Enterprise Solutions Company attract top class sales, professional services and business development/alliance professionals. The client sought bilingual talent who understood the total IT solutions market, and how to penetrate some of the more traditional firms within the Japanese market in multiple industries.
During the process, CDS met with top management from different functional areas within the client to fully understand their business, product/services offering, and the market in which they compete. CDS was tasked with effectively communicating the client's value propositions to potential candidates, sourced by CDS' research team and its extensive referral network. To date, CDS has filled nearly forty (40) key managerial and technical positions, and continues to build the client's human capital base in Japan.
