CDS was retained to help an innovative eHealth start-up attract top class professionals from the medical and pharmaceutical industry who shared the owners' vision of using web-based technology to drastically change the way in which both manufacturers and hospitals interact. During the process CDS penetrated the conservative medical industry meeting top professionals and Doctors from leading hospitals, medical organizations and blue chip medical and pharmaceutical manufacturers, and in so doing, developed a strong referral network. CDS successfully filled the CEO and CTO positions and is now helping the client identify an Agent to structure second round financing.
