Top Global 500 System Integrator is looking for a smart bilingual sales manager with the following background;
- At least 5 years of successful experience selling enterprise solutions and/or IT services;
- At least 5 years of successful experience selling direct or hi-touch to customers;
- Excellent negotiation skills and able to approach C-level executive decision makers;
- A background selling to global financial services companies or pharmaceutical companies is strongly desired;
- A proven pro-active "hunter" type sales professional;
- Must have a TOEIC 750 minimum
- Compensation package is ¥12M ~ ¥14M

Senior Operations Manager
Our client is one the world best known family television broadcasters and they are currently looking for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee, direct and manage all aspects of Broadcast operations including;
- Management of program localization, broadcast preparation
- Process, asset library, and post production work.
- Coordinate and mange defining requirements for technical initiatives based on the desired and required workflow, and work with other departments to implement new workflow system.
- Provide proactive direction, leadership and support to the responsible sections and manage and support budgeting process and spending.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing the following sections within Broadcast Operations Department; Localization and Programming Formatting, Inventory and Digital Trafficking, and Post Production.

Partner Sales - Channel Sales
POSITION SUMMARY
1. Manage, Motivate and train the key partners on ongoing basis to achieve desired sales objectives.
2. Thoroughly understand every aspect of our product line and business: strategy, assets, customers and technology in the context of this sales role, and leverage this into winning businesses in Japan.
3. Achieve all designated reseller sales targets and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Actively manage Japan sales pipeline and ensure its accuracy and maximum efforts are made to close all reported sales opportunities.
2. Gather and analyze key account customer and other feedback from various programs and processes.
3. Report to Partner Sales Group Manager accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
1. Over 3 years of experience as sales in IT industry.
