We are currently handling the entire human resource and hiring process for a number of clients without dedicated HR staff in Japan. This takes the burden of advertising, screening and hiring away from busy country managers and line managers and allows them to concentrate on sales and meeting targets. As part of this service, we advise and consult on a variety of HR issues including terms of employment, pension and social insurance systems, pay scales, incentives and other HR practices aimed at attracting new staff and retaining their services. CDS was asked by one of the world's largest SW companies to send an experienced Japanese recruiter on-site to assist in their efforts to grow a new online business division. The Human Resources Director has commented on how pleased he has been with this arrangement and he has offered an extension on the one year on-site contract. We have emerged as one of the companies' top 3 recruiters in all areas and received recognition for this in an award ceremony held in July 2006.

CDS was retained by a global PLM Solutions company to work on a major in-house recruiting project. This involved reviewing all their internal recruiting practices and evaluation techniques and managing the entire interview process, including all internal referrals and external recruiting resources in a cost effective and timely manner.
