Quality Assurance, Senior Manager / Director
Company:
A leading global healthcare company and a manufacturer of medical devices with a broad range of products and over 30,000 employees.
Position:
The Quality Assurance Senior Manager/ Director will report to the Senior Director of the Regulatory and Quality Division and will lead the Quality Assurance team.
Responsibilities:
- Overall Quality System management for all business processes including vigilance, complaint handling, safety information and post-marketing surveillance.
- Implements Quality practices in line regulatory requirements.
- Audit documents and reconcile discrepancies.
- Advise on issues of high complexity.
- Manage the Document Control System.
- Negotiate with the regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of Medical Device industry experience including over 5 years in Quality Assurance
- Strong desire to improve Quality systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Conversational English.

Job Description:
You are responsible for the development and execution of the marketing plan, and will align it with global and APAC marketing initiatives (China, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, Australia) except Japan. You will consolidate market intelligence to coordinate the best go-to-market marketing strategies, and will manage the product line portfolio and support resources to drive sales. You will provide a high-level product knowledge and expertise to the sale process and execute business development strategies for new and technically complex products. Some travelling is required for the job.
