Chief Investment Officer
Position objective:
The Chief Investment Officer has primary responsibility for all the property and portfolio related requirements of the Group's funds management activities. The Chief Investment Officer's key objective is to maximize investor returns through active asset management:
- Property management and leasing to maximizing revenue
- Acquisition and disposal to maximize IRR for a given level of risk
- Prudent capital management (debt & equity) to maximize IRR and ensure the Fund is fully funded and within banking covenants
- Regular and accurate investor reporting
Skills & Qualifications:
- Native fluency in Japanese and business level of English skills
- 10+ years experience in real estate investment and management. This may have been gained working for an international investment bank, real estate funds manager or diversified property company.
- Formal qualifications in law, accounting & finance, real estate or funds management. Relevant post graduate study will be regarded highly.
- Takken and either Real Estate Consultant License or Real Estate Securitization Master will be regarded highly and if not currently held will be required to obtain as soon as possible.
