CDS has worked with this subsidiary of a top tier US Investment bank since February 2001.We were initially tasked with helping the client fill a number of important roles in their finance and accounting team as well as identifying business-side Asset Managers.
As their business grew and they acquired a more diverse range of investments, the company's hiring needs diversified and the positions often required penetrating industries such as Real Estate, Hotel and Golf Course management where CDS had little previous history and where a special sensitivity was required to ensure candidates understood the nature of a fast-moving, ever-changing organization fueled by various local acquisitions. CDS worked closely with line management and a very supportive and open HR section to successfully deliver more than a dozen key personnel and has become the client's recruiter of choice on all new assignment.
