CDS’ Consumer Goods practice has expanded its retail function within the team to strengthen its search capability for the retail sector. In addition to our main focus on corporate side senior level searches, the team will strengthen its focus on searches for high quality, retail staff to satisfy the hiring needs of major luxury brands.
As the market for luxury goods continues to be a highly competitive segment, there has been a significant number of flagship and boutique store openings and refurbishments, concentrated in the trendy Omotesando area and the need for high level store staff are rising accordingly. CDS’ Retail Team will step up its recruiting efforts to provide top talent to retail clients.
