February 2008 - CDS places Managing Director, Europe, for a Large Japanese Manufacturing Company
CDS were recently exclusively retained to execute a critical cross-border search for a TSE 1st Section Manufacturing company. The confidential project challenged CDS to bring together their knowledge & expertise of both the Japanese and European markets to identify and introduce a shortlist of high calibre executives. The position demanded a mix of European market experience, a history of delivering results and multi-cultural fit. The hire is key to drive the next stage of profitable growth in the important EU zone for the client.
This was the first time for this client to ever engage a retained search and as a result of the successful completion of the project within the time frame expected, the client is looking to extend the relationship with CDS to other cross border searches.
