December 26, 2007 - Recruit Agent Acquires CDS

The Managing Directors and Board of CDS are pleased to announce that they
have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Recruit Agent (a subsidiary of
Recruit) wherein Recruit Agent will acquire an 85% stake in CDS. The remaining
shares will be held by the Managing Directors, Simon Childs and Jason Dacaret
who will stay on in their current roles. NIF Corporate Management (NIFCOM) will
exit its entire shareholding stake in CDS.
Recruit Agent is Japan's largest recruiting group
with declared revenues of approximately JPY 34.5 billion
and the number of successful placements in the financial
year ending March 2007 totaled 26,754. They occupy a
dominant position in the domestic market focusing on
junior to mid level placements. CDS is a leading search
company offering retained and contingency solutions to
predominantly foreign capital companies and focuses on
managerial and board level hires.
Through the new partnership, CDS and Recruit Agent
will be able to better serve their respective client
bases as well as look at new markets. The CDS' brand
name, trademarks, and existing employees will all be
retained.
