Researcher Position
Title: Research Associate
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directly source potential Candidates from target companies via telephone, internet, directories, publications, tradeshows, and other resources
- Generate target Candidate lists for recruiting teams
- Communicate with consultants to fully understand their Clients’ businesses and hiring requirements
- Develop and maintain CDS’ Candidate database with accurate, up to date information
Qualifications and Key Competencies:
- Demonstrates ability to take ownership of research projects and deliver results
- Pleasant personality and relaxed telephone manner
- Creative, inquisitive, resourceful and persistent
- Ability to work independently and within a diverse team setting
- Confident, ambitious, articulate, bias for action, and results oriented

- Demonstrates ability and desire to move up into associate consultant position within CDS
- Undergraduate degree
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary package consisting of:
- Monthly base salary (not a draw system)
- Uncapped performance bonus based on individual quarterly performance
