CDS has entered a period of rapid growth following increased Client demand and a significant amount of new funding via one of Japan’s top venture capital firms. We are now hiring across all of our recruiting practices, with a special focus on the finance sector.
We are seeking positive, motivated, career-minded professionals to join our growing firm.
We are particularly interested in people with either experience in executive search and recruiting or with relevant industry backgrounds in sales and marketing in areas in which we operate.
CDS provides the opportunity to work with leading, foreign capital and Japanese organizations, and with highly talented individuals across industries and functions in Japan.
We offer access to an extensive database and network, a full time dedicated research team, a strong back office support team, and a structured training program on CDS’ brand of executive search and Client service.
We provide an excellent compensation and benefits package that includes a competitive base salary, an uncapped, performance based incentives system, health insurance, additional team bonuses (team incentive trips) and use of the CDS Bessou (holiday home) in the mountains at Karuizawa. Our office is located in Ebisu, Shibuya-ku.
