CDS was founded in Japan in 1998 and is headquartered in Tokyo. Our operations include a branch office in Osaka and strong partnership network in the Asia Pacific region.
CDS offers retained executive search for board level, country manager, and senior level executives, contingency recruitment for middle to senior level management, and in-house recruiting services. In December 2007, CDS was acquired by Recruit Agent, Japan's largest recruiting group. Through this new partnership, CDS and Recruit Agent are positioned to better serve their respective client bases as well as look at new markets across Asia.
